Finally a programme for developing your baby’s brain – something fun, affordable and convenient that you can do daily in your own home! Babynastics consists of a set of DVDs – not for babies to watch, but with fun exercise  routines played gently by a mother and her child. It has been designed in such a way that you can follow them as they go along, knowing that each exercise is designed by Occupational Therapists to develop your baby’s body and brain! Your baby will listen to the background nursery rhymes and be delighted as you move and manipulate his/her little body in ways that stimulate and integrate the senses!

There are three DVDs, each targeting a specific developmental stage:

1) 3-6 months
2) 6-9 months
3) 9-12 months
